mBeatz Merch (merch.mbeatz.org) is operated in Kenya as the official apparel store of mBeatz, part of the mBeatz ecosystem alongside mbeatz.org. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate colors and sizing, but slight variation between the product photo and the item you receive is possible.
Orders are processed through Paystack, including M-Pesa. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully verified. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full.
Delivery timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been handed to the delivery partner, though we will work with you to resolve any delivery issues.

All logos, designs, and branding on this site, including the mBeatz name and mark, are the property of mBeatz and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.
mBeatz Merch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your purchase of a product, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Kenyan consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
