mBeatz Merch is the official apparel store for mBeatz, an online beat store operated in Kenya and accessible at mbeatz.org. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, how it is used, and what rights you have over it.

• Phone number, collected at checkout for M-Pesa payment processing and delivery coordination.
• Delivery address, used solely to ship your order.
• Payment reference, a transaction ID from Paystack used to verify your purchase. We never see or store your card number, M-Pesa PIN, or banking credentials.
• Order history, kept to handle support requests, exchanges, and returns.
• Basic usage data, anonymous analytics on how the site is used, not linked to your identity.

3. How we use your information

• Processing and verifying your payment
• Fulfilling and shipping your order
• Sending order confirmations, shipping updates, and receipts
• Responding to customer support requests
• Improving the store based on aggregated, anonymous usage patterns

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing or advertising. We do not use it for anything beyond what is listed above.

4. Data security

Payments are processed through Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor used across Africa. Your card and M-Pesa details are handled entirely by Paystack and are never stored on our servers. Order data is stored with encrypted connections and access controls.

5. Data retention

We retain order records for as long as necessary to provide support, handle returns, and meet accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, and we will process the request within 14 days, subject to any legal record-keeping requirements.
