Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered within 5 to 14 business days depending on your location. Delivery fees, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
You will receive an email confirmation once your payment is verified, and a further update once your order ships. If you have not heard from us within 3 business days of ordering, please get in touch.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free exchange or a full refund. For size or preference exchanges, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, and you are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty.
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method, typically within 7 to 10 business days of approval.
